Bug in GCC ATMege323 ParTest.c

Dear Richard,
I reported a minor Bug of the ParTest.c FreeRTOS V5.1.0 GCC ATMega323 port.
(see Bugtracker) - I also posted the new Version without that Bug.
I have not checked but probably that Bug may also happen in other Ports.
