[FreeRTOS Home] [Live FreeRTOS Forum] [FAQ] [Archive Top] [June 2012 Threads] LPC1768 demoPosted by w3ll on June 18, 2012 I'm wondering if the freertos.org website has a NXP LPC1768 demo targeted at the MCB1700 development board and using Eclipse and OpenOCD for a completely open source development environment (that is similar to the LPC2368 demo with Eclipse and GCC development tools provided for the MCB2368 on your website http://www.freertos.org/portlpc2368_Eclipse.html). If the freertos.org website does not currently include such a demo, is it possible to add it in the future?
Best regards,
w3ll
RE: LPC1768 demoPosted by Richard on June 18, 2012 It is unfortunately impossible to have a pre-configured demo for every combination of hardware and development tool (there would be hundreds of thousands), but we do aim to have at least one for every individual component. So, while there is not currently the exact demo you are looking for, there are LPC1768 demos, OpenOCD demos (using old versions, admittedly) and Eclipse demos (both old and new) - so you can put together what you want using these as a reference.
If you do this - please post the results up to the FreeRTOS Interactive site. It would be nice if more people did that, to generate a larger library (albeit of unofficial demos).
Regards.
