RE: AVR port for CrossWorks?Posted by Richard on December 15, 2005 It is hoped to support this eventually, but current new developments mean it will not be for a while.
It should be a very minor task to convert an existing AVR port to use CrossWorks. The inline asm used in the GCC port would have to be placed in a separate asm file.
Regards.
RE: AVR port for CrossWorks?Posted by Nobody/Anonymous on December 15, 2005 I think they use a something similar to avr-gcc as a compiler. I hope to see FreeRTOS for Rowley-AVR, because I like their IDE but I don't like their CTL. I have tried to use it, but with no significant success.
