Hi John,
V7.3.0 is nearly completely in SVN, but has not been released yet. That is, it is not tagged in SVN and the .zip file has not been uploaded to SourceForge.
This is predominantly because I have not written the documentation yet, part of which will be the release notes. This should be done by the end of October.
