freeRTOS with STM32-Discovery board

Posted by Richard Goldner on October 19, 2010
Has anyone used freeRTOS with the new STM32-Discovery board and the Atollic TrueSTUDIO STM32 Lite? Is there an easy way for me to port freeRTOS to this platform and board?

Thanks!

Write to Atollic support - I believe they have a FreeRTOS project for ST, although probably not that board unless you are really lucky.

My only comment on that board is it is a bit RAM limited, so you will not be able to create many tasks.

Regards.

No luck with Atollic support. Does anybody have an idea as to what I should do next?

Thanks!

Hi,
I can send you a simple blinking led demo if you mail me at my software@stf12.net.
I find Atollic Lite version too limited compared to a normal eclipse distribution.

Regards,
Stefano
